Before starting any cutting, excavation, drilling or construction project, there is one thing that certainly needs to be done - utility locating. Why? Because everything from telephone lines, gas lines, power lines to even cable lines are buried inside the ground at various depths. Gone are the days where these lines were visible to us because they are usually under the ground these days. Thus, marking utility lines becomes really important to avoid any disturbance at the time of project.
